Constant failure to communicate. They often will not sending emails mentioned on phone, not sending information to testing facilities, schedule appointments on different dates than they tell the patient, and put you on hold only to hang up without saying anything. A constant hassle to work with them as a patient, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's intentional to avoid paying for healthcare.
Well I was injured February 23, 22 Had visual appointments then physical therapy I need to see a specialist most likely surgery I cannot get a hold of my case worker or anyone in charge I’ve left numerous messages and nothing!!!!! Last time I spoke with Sara she told me Kaiser had all of my information I could follow up with them…. Mind you thats not my JOB!!! I did follow up any way and they told me there isn't any information about me at ALL!!!! What is going on with this place?????
I'm surprised any employer would choose Corvel to go through. I've never had any issues with a previous workers comp claim until I had to go through them. They don't care if you have bills, kids and just plain responsibilities to take care of. They will hold you to a full 90 days till they can contact you she told me.
