Terrible company. How do you TELL ME you have my checks for WEEKS NOW and you choose not to give me my money?! I have a child to feed and bills to pay! I never knew that you were in the service of making people go homeless. I really hope you get shut down
Horrible service. Richard “Rich” Jones a Senior liability claim specialists does not respond to emails or voicemails. I emailed him asking for his supervisors name and number and he can’t even respond to that. I had an accident earlier this month and the insurance has never called me to give me any updates on my claim. Meanwhile my vehicle is not drivable. Mr Jones.
