TL;DR: Associates know how to listen and get you what you need within your budget. This was truly a great experience. I told the service associate (Sorry buddy, bad with names) about our budget, our needs, what we were looking for. I told him my weight, and my intended use. I let him know what research I had done, asked all the questions I had. Rented an E-Bike to ride around town for a little and it was super fun. The bike I rented was really nice and the rate of $25/hr was really affordable.
My favorite place for e-bike service. Ended up buying my bike there because of it!
