Not a single time have they actually been ready on time for my appointments. Over priced on pretty much every procedure. Missed a huge medical issue with my dog then when he was in bad condition would NOT get me in so I had to take my dog to another vet to find out he had cancer and basically the only option was to put him down. Pretty much everyone I have dealt with has been rude when you try to ask a question. Upside... Cheap nail trim... but takes at minimum an hour..... for 5 mins of work....
They charged me $300 for a Skype appointment to get my medication refilled. That's more than an in office visit with labs for an oncologist.
Good "bedside manner", nice people, efficient and organized.
