Have used a lot of different computers from this company for >10 years. Had an odd startup problem with one a few years ago but that was quickly resolved when they replaced the motherboard. Other than that they have been bullet proof, easily meeting their "industrial" classification. Mike Smith is and always has been a reliable and responsive contact for us.
