Immediate and excellent customer service and care
My mother won the lottery here. The PA Lottery has notified my mother that they credited the store with the money she won, but the owner/employees here have refused to give her her winnings. They have been giving her the run around for weeks and even told her they were going to send her a check which never happened. When my mother asked questions about where her winnings were, they were very rude and obnoxious. We have already taken steps to notify the proper authorities as well as the PA Lottery and the BBB.
