I highly recommend Corus 45, I just went today and got a last minute pass, I like the core workout and different routine then going to my traditional gym. The staff are very nice and super accommodating to newcomers, or anytime you are needing a adjustment.
Obsessed with Corus!! Best workout ever! I do a class every week and I am always sore after. It is always so challenging in the best possible way. My favorite days are Corus days!
Cosy studio with awesome trainers and people that like to work hard! I’ve become addicted to these workouts - fun music and always a challenge. Happy to have discovered a place that pushes you to do something new and celebrates strength!!
My favorite part of the week is going to Corus45! The instructors are very helpful and kind. Love a low lit workout class with good music. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try out a reformer type workout!
This is the only workout class that truly pushes me! I could go every day and still look forward to it the next morning!
