I love the instructors at chorus45. They are so nice and helpful. I appreciate all of attention, help and adjustments they give.
Love Corus but had to stop going based on how expensive it’s gotten and that I moved to the west side (Avon). Downtown is too far to travel for a 45 min workout. Given that there is a studio on the east side, I hope they consider adding one on the west side! Better pricing would help too. I don’t like to work out but found a workout class that I actually enjoy. I also looove Sophia! Energetic, non judgmental and funny which definitely helps me get through the class.
I highly recommend Corus 45, I just went today and got a last minute pass, I like the core workout and different routine then going to my traditional gym. The staff are very nice and super accommodating to newcomers, or anytime you are needing a adjustment.
Obsessed with Corus!! Best workout ever! I do a class every week and I am always sore after. It is always so challenging in the best possible way. My favorite days are Corus days!
Cosy studio with awesome trainers and people that like to work hard! I’ve become addicted to these workouts - fun music and always a challenge. Happy to have discovered a place that pushes you to do something new and celebrates strength!!
