Have banked with this branch for years. From the bank manager to the customer service team, they are all very attentive and care about the customers. They are the best local bank.
Went in to close out an account on behalf of my mother. Verified account balance via 800# before going in. They did not make me aware prior to closing the account that they would prematurely charge it. I've never had a bank assess a monthly fee if it's closed before the cycle date. When I questioned her. She was rude and just said , "well I have to go by what the numbers in the system say". I guess I should have just zeroed the account before hand cause I would not have paid otherwise to close it.
