Good bank . Best bank I found.
Very difficult bank to work with. I've banked here for years, my personal and business checking have been here. 1. CONSTANTLY requiring you to change your password, requires weird password parameters, online banking becomes very frustrating (this is currently the reason I'm writing this review) **35 minutes on the phone and there is nothing they can do. Super nice, but sorry, the system may randomly ask you to change passwords every month and its just how it is. (Also you can never reuse an old password) so get ready to keep... read more
Not a good place for a business account. Too restricting, and expect CONSTANT online password changes, and you can never reuse an old one.
Have banked with this branch for years. From the bank manager to the customer service team, they are all very attentive and care about the customers. They are the best local bank.
