Love the bank and employees. Online banking STINKS!! EVERYTIME I want to get into my account, I need them to reset it. Add this to the fact that they are only open like 8 - 5 Monday through Friday, and it is not too convenient!

As far as banking goes, if you need your money or services theyre unhelpful an would not reccomend them sorry not sorry , 2021 is time for ease an simplicity , 47mins on hold on a 24hr service , an still was not helped i will be switching banks
I am so disappointed by this bank every time I turn around they do it again. Poor online banking, constant fraud alerts and a staff that are unseen. If it wasn't for the lovely woman at the front counter, nothing would get done. Some "men" is suits sitting around on their phones. I'll take my money elsewhere and that in itself is another time wasting moment in my life.
