There is a manager named Kathy that yelled at my aunt in the drive thru after she just got out of the hospital with a pneumonia, she is in her 70's, and she was so rude to her. My aunt lost both of her kids they died, and this lady has got to be the meanest manager all over a check book cover request. Wow I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone
Friendly, treated you like a person...not based on "computer says no." Its like a small town bank of the 1970s except 2022 technology. Besides their service, the location is extremely convenient. Located near the Super Target on Woodbury Drive and Tamarack, access is easy off 94 or 494.
Cortrust Bank Woodbury offers big bank rates with the values of a small town business. The staff does a great job assisting clients with all of their banking needs. They are also extremely involved in the community which is not something that you get with larger/national banks. Highly recommended!
