After submitting all requested paperwork, I waited nearly two hours for an RC, only to be informed that the load had been assigned to someone else. Teresa Gonzalez explained that they were still waiting for the owner to approve the documents because he was in a meeting. This level of communication and delay in processing was highly unprofessional and resulted in a disappointing experience.
I waited at the delivery from 9 am to 3 pm , lost a reload and broker promised me detention, than after we delivered declined everything!!!
Teresa Gonzales you are very greedy. I was kept on delivery with your cargo for 5 hours. I lost my next shipment because of you. and you pay $25 for it?. are you serious?
