We have owned our Cortona home (Plan B) for about 18 months. We love both our new house and the location. The construction issues we had with the house were both minor and quickly fixed by the contractor. It has been such a pleasure to own a home that requires virtually no maintenance and it seems we are on a “house vacation” every day. As a homeowner at Cortona, my husband and I are so pleased with our new construction. We are near the beach and so the location is perfect for our lifestyle. We also love our floorplan and the overall design and quality of construction. There are literally no other developments in the area that meet the quality and value of Cortona Homes.
