Don't even bother calling them. I called to get my tires looked at as I can't drive my car at all. I was told I couldn't come in for a week. I asked if they had any last minute emergency appointments to fill and the man said "you really want me to call a weeks worth of people to change their appointments for you?" When I clarified I meant if they had appointments they kept open for emergencies and I pay more money, he said "I put people in the schedule when they actually call".
