I went to the ER last night with extreme eye pain and complications from a sinus infection. I was lucky to get Dr Palencia as my doctor. She invested a lot of time checking each of my symptoms. She was very concerned for the amount of pain I was in and didn't think it matched my original diagnosis so she ordered additional tests to make sure my infection hadn't spread. Wish I could give zero stars. I went into the emergency room with severe panic attack, could not breathe and my limbs were frozen I could not even stand up. I waited in the ER for hours crying, throwing up, and saying I needed help. Cortney Sloan finally saw me and I was met with extreme rudeness, visibly rolling her eyes, she told me she was not going to treat me with anything unless I agreed to speak with a counselor who was even ruder.
