Courtney is great, however her receptionist/nurse is incredibly rude. I have visited on 3 separate occasions and was met with a short, snarky, annoyed attitude each and every time to the point where I found another provider. This nurse, Julie I believe, makes me feel as though my visit is a burden to her. Very uncomfortable encounters. Truly disappointing because as I said, Courtney does a phenomenal job, however it’s just not worth the disrespect from her receptionist. She has no people skills what so ever.
