This company should LOSE THEIR LICENSE!!! We had Cortlandt, owned by Cortlandt Todd Iverson, put on a new very expensive 50-year roof in 2015. It has FAILED! Todd refused to come out to even inspect it, and now we have a lot of water inside our house. This company is INCOMPETENT! We have had our roof inspected by two professionals since it started leaking. Cortlandt did not caulk where they should have, and did the "cricket" in the center of the roof completely wrong, using cheap materials instead of copper. It now has to be... read more
