This storage unit is pathetic. I have had things in there before. One bill - the first bill - was the only bill that was sent to me AND they do not respond to messages left in order to get in contact with them. The owners of this OBVIOUSLY do not know how to run a business. How can you make money if you do not send people their statements in order to pay? Pathetic and unprofessional.
