RecommendedLovely remodeled space, my unit is well laid out and roomy! Neighbors are great, respectful and quiet, and the apartment managers are wonderful. Bark park is easily accessible, and this is a fantastic location. Easy to 101, fast food mecca, and a grocery store as well as a gas station literally sharing the parking lot - honestly, it doesn't get any more convenient. A true hidden Scottsdale gem.
The plumbing is bad crap in the bathtub on average twice a month. The onsite manager is the worst. Pay your rent on time with a check she can't get it to the bank for awhile usually clears on the 12th. If I owned the place I would surely want to know why. The main hot tub next to the office has rarely been hot but there seems to be no urgency to fix the things you pay for. Definitely not luxury living pass on this place
