This property itself is lovely. Tenants are considerate and the grounds are clean. Maintenance is very kind. And office is staff is cool. No bugs. And safe. This rating is low because unfortunately they play with your money. That’s huge problem! You must get EVERYTHING in writing or you will pay, literally. I was offered a special when I signed the lease. 2 months free. After moving in, rent was due and I was told I did not qualify for it. My wife and I wanted to take some time to make sure two superstars from this community are highlighted for their outstanding friendly and professional personalities. Rolando, our maintenance professional, is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. So very thankful for Rolando’s positivity and presence here at Cortland. We have just recently tried the complementary Cardio Kickboxing class led by Aaron. The staff is very friendly and these apartments have a positive vibe to them that others did not!
The apartment is visually appealing however the HVAC and the appliances are old and don’t work very well! The freezer side is skinny and the water comes out of shower head too strong hurting my skin.
