Leasing office agents are nice. Onna, Maria, and Grace have been great and wonderful in all my interactions with them. Shout out to Gary on the Maintenance team too, he’s been awesome with everything I’ve ran into. Amenities are cool, I enjoy the gym and the pool. Pool especially is really awesome and there’s a hot tub as well.
Update after 1.5 years living here: Unfortunately, I’m taking a few stars away as I’ve lived here there have been so many issues that have come up with the unit requiring maintenance to come, the response time gets slower and slower. The trash area is over filled every weekend and sits out for days sometimes, I think this is a tenant and apartment complex issue. Nice apartment however the mechanical aspects are a completely different story!! The washer and dryer are very old and don’t work properly, I’ve seen roaches and the outside condensers are very old!! The Keswick is a much better option!
This property itself is lovely. Tenants are considerate and the grounds are clean. Maintenance is very kind. And office is staff is cool. No bugs. And safe. This rating is low because unfortunately they play with your money. That’s huge problem! You must get EVERYTHING in writing or you will pay, literally. I was offered a special when I signed the lease. 2 months free. After moving in, rent was due and I was told I did not qualify for it. Rolando, our maintenance professional, is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. So very thankful for Rolando’s positivity and presence here at Cortland.
