I have complained countless times about the noise coming from the car wash/vacuum stations that are being used afterhours. It will be almost 1 year living here and this issue has not been resolved. We emailed / Called the hotline / left reviews many times and still no improvements whatsoever . This has been impacting our sleep and if I had a choice I would not be living here .
Apartments are bright with large windows, amenities are nice, Rolando and Leo from the maintenance staff are awesome.
Great place to live! Maintenance staff are the best I've ever experienced in an apartment complex. Rolando and his team are very prompt and efficient. I submitted a ticket this morning about some drainage issues in one of our tubs, and Rolando was here within a couple hours to resolve the issue. Having reliable people to fix issues when they arise makes for such a comfortable living situation and is one of the biggest reasons we've signed a 15-month lease 3 times in a row here now.
I had a great time with them for 7 months of my stay. Quiet, chill, peaceful, SPACIOUS! You get what you pay for. The rent is quite high as I live by myself. Organized, systematic.
