I have recently moved here from another sister property, and I will say that I am enjoying my stay thus far. Very clean area, great amenities, parking garage, and a beautiful view of uptown right outside my window. Michaela happened to help me move over, and she was amazing. Wonderful customer service, all my questions are answered within a timely manner. The staff truly go above and beyond for their residents, thank you. Thank you to Rikki as well for being so informative and attentive to me and my dog's needs!
I had the privilege to tour with Rikki. Very welcoming and knowledgable. I did not choose to rent here as I elected to be further from the city. If you do decide to tour, please tour with Rikki.
The garage door is always open broken and there's a lot of loose. The false fire alarms like every month - supper annoying. I appreciate the efforts of the leasing and maintenance teams, the leasing manager is very rude and unprofessional. And pro-tip: don't renew without checking their website for the same floorplan, or they'll hit you with extra fees.
I had an extremely DISAPPOINTING experience at Cortland NoDa. The communication from management was consistently poor, leaving me confused and frustrated on multiple occasions. The community manager Macho, exuded rudeness at every turn. Starting the move-in process now, and couldn't be happier with my decision! Rikki is the best apartment manager you could ask for. She's made touring, applying, and moving into the apartment so easy. Everything has been as good as advertised!
