I blindly moved into Cortland Noda prior to visiting the building, unit, area, etc. and pretty much had a great experience since last August. No issues with staff, maintenance, etc. The problem is my place was broken into or illegally entered by staff between May & June of this year. I had foundation/structural damage to walls in my bedroom and dining room that has been this way since moving in last August. This repair was undocumented, so it wasn't on the books to be billed or repaired according to the leasing office. The i... read more
This place has potential but there are some serious issues they need to address. They allow non handicap people without placards or a plate park in the handicap spot and the handicap loading zone. I’ve seen these cars parked there during the day for hours as well as all night long. The other main issue is the city will close off access to the entire apartment complex for construction. Cortland Noda Staff is outstanding especially Rikki the whole move in process was so easy, they helped from start to finish. The apartment was is great condition moving in I have no complaints whatsoever ! My worry was going to be Parking but that's literally never an issue even with guest ! I greatly enjoyed my time at Cortland NoDa. Apartments are great and reasonably priced. Location is nice. Light rail stop right outside with very minimal sound. VERY minimal crime. Thank to RIKKI for making this experience great and being knowledgeable of the Cortland community. Make sure to ask for Rikki.
I have been living at Cortland Noda since last January and I really have no complaints whatsoever. Rikki and Madison are extremely helpful. Damion is always very helpful and attentive with maintenance if needed. Highly recommend this apartment complex as a renewed tenant 🤗. Thank you Cortland for making this a great place to live!
