I’ve lived at the apartment complex for almost two years and the service is by far my favorite part of living here. The staff is amazing and maintenance is an amazing team that responds rapidly. Patrick does an amazing job with patch work and even some of my minor repairs like the batter for our keyless doors. Excellent team!
In my opinion this is the best Cortland property I've ever lived at and what makes it even better is the staff!! in particular the maintenance team Patrick has been such a huge help since he's gotten to Cortland noda from measurements around my apartment, my AC unit and taking the time to explain things when I need it ! Also honorable mention Mr Damion he's also great
