Now that I’ve lived here for 4 months, I think I can leave a solid review. I moved here from living in Ballantyne because I wanted to be uptown. Pros: - I can walked 7-8mins to Optimist Hall - I can walk 3 mins to Night Swim coffee - quick 3 min drive to urban district market - near and light rail! - Veryyyy clean apartment complex. Do NOT move here unless you want headaches. I’ve had repeated issues at Cortland Noda that management never properly addressed: • My storage was robbed — their response: “Contact your renter’s insurance, we don’t have cameras on that floor.” • A resident who had lived here for years asked me out, and when I refused, he banged on my door at 3 a.m..
