Mrs.Shun is Amazing!!!! I was looking for an apartment closer to stay by my job. I walked in Mrs.Shun was so nice and sweet. She gave me quotes on the apartments in which I was interested in. She gave me a tour and the apartment complex is Beautiful. It is so pretty in the outside and inside I was able to do my application while I was there and it didn’t take long for me to get approved. This community made me feel safe immediately.Shun was an amazing guide and makes you really want to sign a lease right then and there. Definitely the cleanest apartment community in Pearland Texas.
I’ve had a really positive experience at Cortland Lux Apartments. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and welcoming. Shaun has always been kind and helpful, and Taj does a great job making sure residents feel heard and taken care of. I truly appreciate both of them and would definitely recommend this community.
