The elevator at Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek has been out for almost TWO weeks, and we live on the 3rd floor. It has made daily life incredibly difficult carrying groceries, climbing up and down multiple times a day, and dealing with the added physical strain. What’s worse is the lack of urgency and communication from management. Two weeks without a working elevator in a multi-floor community is unacceptable. Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, I can honestly say Cortland Luxe at Shadow Creek has been my best experience by far. After a year and a half here, the community has consistently been safe, clean, and genuinely pet-friendly with an indoor dog wash room, dog clean-up stations, and easy walking access to parks and nature trails. As for the staff, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Leanne or Shun if you schedule a tour. My move-in date was for this past Friday, yet when I went to pick up my keys, the front office didn’t have them ready nor was my unit ready. I returned on Saturday with movers and when we walked into my unit, we were met with the STRONGEST smell of weed and cigarettes. There was also a huge stain on the living room carpet that had clearly been there for a while. This is an amazing place to call home.The office staff is Awesome. Shun Ford was fantastic in helping me find the right apartment just for me. She was very Knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the whole process. I rate the whole staff 10/10.
Renewing my lease and approved with for a bigger unit today with Taigi! Living here has been the best experience for me. I just renewed for another 13 months.
