Cortland Luxe community and staff is amazing. Shun has been so helpful in my transitioning into the community. The gym, clubhouse, and connect room is always clean. Service requests are always addressed in a timely manner. 10/10 experience.
Shawn was so nice and cheerful. I think the property is top tier. Almost everything you could possibly want in a luxury living. The floor plan I want isn’t available but Shawn still showed me other options and they all were nice.
My tour guide, Shun was very helpful and I was impressed by her enthusiasm and willingness to provide the most in depth nuanced and unique qualities of the property. She made it a very easy sell and has spiked my interest in the property
