Without going into too much detail, I want to say a huge thank you to Shun, Leanne, and the male manager (I’m so sorry I don’t remember his name as I was in tears when he spoke to me). They really went above and beyond to help me, and I greatly appreciate their time and effort. The leasing team at Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek is top tier. I hope to lease here in the future as it is my top choice for renting in Pearland!
The Cortland Luxe apartment complex is Fantastic! After touring other properties in the area, this one stood out the most and I eagerly signed a lease! The modern design, well-maintained grounds, and friendly community atmosphere make it a fantastic place to call home. All the staff members Shun, Laila and Jacob were extremely helpful and responsive to all of my concerns, I am really looking forward to making this my new home!
