I toured with Ms. Leanna to see a 3bedroom apartment home, her sprit , knowledge & professionalism was overwhelming with joy. The apartment home she showed me was to my liking as soon as she opened the garage door knowing that I could park 2 vehicles there was a plus and seeing the inside of the apartment home and the walk in shower was a double plus , along with Ms. Leanna’s presentation of the apartment home and the amenities I knew I didn’t have to look no more, I had found my home. The Luxe team was outstanding!!!! Shun Polk and Leanne Lavalais were outstanding too work with. The really made us feel at home from our first initial visit. And they’ve continued to be outstanding to work with after we’ve settled in. We literally made our choice to move here while our home is being built because of high nice and clean the community was but mainly because of how outstanding both Shun and Leanne were. Highly recommended.
The Cortland Luxe apartment complex is Fantastic! After touring other properties in the area, this one stood out the most and I eagerly signed a lease! The modern design, well-maintained grounds, and friendly community atmosphere make it a fantastic place to call home. All the staff members Shun, Laila and Jacob were extremely helpful and responsive to all of my concerns, I am really looking forward to making this my new home!
Shun Polk's work was very quick, meticulous, and kind. I was able to trust them completely.
