Loving this place. Heather went out of her way to find me an apartment and made moving so much easier than ever. Was nice to do everything online and just pick up keys. So glad I moved here.
Unfortunately, my general living here at Cortland has been subpar. It could be due to my exact apartment and who was in it before. I don’t know. Since I’ve lived here I have had an enormous ant infestation, along with mice, and outside roaches. Which I had to pay out of my own pocket to fix. I believe they reimbursed me, or maybe not.either way, it doesn’t matter because almost 9 months later I’m still dealing with infestations. I’ve had an overall great experience at Cortland Luxe Shadow Creek. The grounds are kept up which keeps the property looking nice. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Shun is kind and helpful. She gave me a tour of the property and is willing to take time to talk with you. I would recommend you check out this property!
I am currently in search of a new apartment and came across this property during my research. After reading through the reviews, I was deeply concerned to learn that carpets are neither cleaned nor replaced between tenants. This is a basic standard of hygiene and property maintenance that I would expect from any reputable apartment community. Cortland Luxe community and staff is amazing. Shun has been so helpful in my transitioning into the community. The gym, clubhouse, and connect room is always clean. Service requests are always addressed in a timely manner. 10/10 experience.
