I’ve been living in Cortland for almost a year now and have loved the complex and team! David helped me move in and was so gracious and patient with me. It’s truly a quiet and beautiful community. We do morning walks and runs and overall great experience here
Just moved in and everything’s been going pretty well. The apartment was clean, everything works, and the amenities are solid. Originally, our move-in was delayed about 20 days because the previous resident decided not to leave—even after we signed the lease. We ended up being offered a different unit with the same floor plan, which worked out fine. Overall, no complaints so far. Looking forward to seeing how the rest of the lease goes!
