The service I’ve received from the staff at Cortland Broomfield truly make this the most incredible apartment living experience I’ve had. It’s not often that you’re greeted by name in these environments, but several members of the leasing team go out of their way to say hello to me every time I’m around. Kuddos to this team for cultivating such a great community atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I'm gonna give a very honest review about my experience living in this property because I still living in here for 8 years. My apartment is leaking from the ceiling all the time, they came over 6 times and never fix the source of the problem, vinyl floor workers did a crap job, I'm really sick and tired of this, nobody should go through this specialty when you are paying $2137 dollars. I have lived here for over 26 years. That right there should tell you something. The office staff of Karla and Natalie bend over backwards to help you with any problems. The maintenance staff corrects any problems either that day or the next. Great fitness room and pool. The location is surrounded by just about any store you need.
The apartment grounds were always a mess. My building in particular had a large amount of exterior damages due to children that are allowed to run around destroying things. Several complaints made to office, no resolution. My apartment was broken in to and it took 10 months to get the lock and door fixed, no compensation. There was a huge infestation of fleas in their back area and because of this my apartment became infested. When I moved out they took my deposit and charged me hundreds in "damages" which they would not let... read more
People do NOT rent apartment in this place! Water bill the first month we came here was $180! They claimed we spend small apartment two adults over 10.000 gallons in one month!! Gas bill is $70 and all we have is a water heater! We keep calling office to fix the problems and they threatening us to charge more fees and evict us because we don't want to pay what they charging us. Moved from out of state, higher cost of living in Austin. Complex has many amenities which reflects on the rental cost but worth it. Office Staff attempts to help you, one repair took 2 weeks, would not allow them entrance into apartment without me, have dog. Apartment very nice, grounds well kept, parking available, no noisy neighbors. Easy access to stores and Hwy 35. Do not hear highway from my apartment. It appears to be more adults without children as renters. Pet friendly. So far love it.
Worst apartment community I have ever lived in. Not only are the residents rude and inconsiderate of their neighbors but the entire management staff are completely rude, incompetent and just down right horrible!!! No parking, no privacy, NO peace and quiet! They will tow your car for illegal parking with no warning and the front office workers will yell at you for any disagreement. Don't move here
This complex has very nice amenities and is in a great location. When I toured the property, I was excited to live at this complex, but found out the floor plan I wanted was not available. Then a few weeks later, I got a call that one unit came available and it would be handled on a "first come, first served" basis because some others were also showing interest in the same floor plan.
