My overall experience living at Cortland Las Colinas for over two years was absolutely subpar. Having lived in multiple Cortland communities before, I can confidently say that I would not want to work with or live in any Cortland community in the future. Someone stole our pool table sticks which we kept near the leasing office and stepped out for 5 mins. When asked to show us the cameras the next day which I thought were useful, they said it's not in their policy and to call the police. When police came and checked the cameras, these people say they did not see the sticks at all. Either the cameras are not working or else they are lying. So robbery does happen in this society and people are left helpless.
Very limited space for visitor parking...
