I would not recommend this facility. Some staff was friendly, but others were not. They did not listen to my pain. Why did they give me my medication on time.
The nurses and stna don't care about my mother in law. Left wet in bed, no compression socks,showers were not given, left her in the bathroom,light was on as stnas went outside to smoke. Call button and phone were left out of her reach.Jo said she will be moved to day shift . And get her her compression socks and never did. Therapy,laundry and housekeeping and cooks no complaints they are doing an amazing job!
Excellent facility! From the management team to the floor staff this place goes above and beyond. If you are looking for somewhere to place a loved one you should choose cortland!
I was very impressed with the care my aunt received on the rehab side of the facility. Nurses and aides treated my aunt like their own family, caring for her with love. If an issue came up and I brought it to their attention, it was resolved immediately.
Cortland healthcare is a great place to rehab. They are the best. Cortland healthcare is also a good nursing home, everyone is very happy.
