Great care provided. Staff is all very friendly and helpful.
10/10. Staff provides great care, the aides go above and beyond for our residents, along with great nurses who provide great care.
Rude employees. Quick to snap at small issues.
AVOID IF POSSIBLE! Nurses are nice but the administration and social workers have ZERO care for the patient. As this is a public forum I'm being nice here but please be warned people. Unless your cash pay or overinsured you mean nothing.
Cortland HC is a beautiful facility nestled in a scenic and relaxing setting. Chuck the administrator has always kept patient care first.
