Staff doesn't return phone calls, courtesy officer has never return phone calls, grounds are nice but they need speed bumps and stop signs. Not a good community if you have kids...and want to ensure they don't get hit by a speeding car coming around a curve. Neighbors play Mexican music loud and late at night and no help from "courtesy officer". The town homes may be better, but you still will have to worry about the lack of professionalism and safety hazards.
I am so excited, after a year, to be finally free of this nightmare. Do not move here, it's that simple.
We moved out after living here almost 6 years. We stayed through all the management changes but this last change....well it was time for us to go. You don't normally encounter so many people in one office who are unprofessional and well for lack of a better word idiots. Did I mention rude and unsympathetic to their residents needs and concerns. Not to mention these "upgrades" are hideous. Good luck if you move in.
Worst complex ever. Spiders are everywhere, appliances do not work and the staff does not know how to fix, takes weeks to fix issues with apartment, apartment staff and management will lie to you, and they also milk you for every dime once you move out. Avoid this place at all costs.
I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENTS TO ANYONE..I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE WHEN ME AND MY HUSBAND MOVED IN...JUST WAITING FOR THE LEASE TO END AND WE ARE OUT IDK MAYB WE MIGHT END UP LEAVING EARLIER!! BC HONESTLY IDK HOW MUCH MORE I COULD TAKE OF THEM!!!THEY LIKE TO CHARGE UP THE A** FOR EVERYTHING BUT THEY NEVER COME ON TIME TO FIX THINGS IN THE APARTMENT!!! Two apartments in this complex got their doors kicked in and were robbed in the middle if the weekday. The management (which changed THREE times in less than one year for reason they dont want you to know) was completely unhelpful, unaccomidating and didnt even think to place an alert to let the other resident about the incident.
We have really enjoyed our time here at Hunt Club. We rented site un seen. At first there were a lot of little things b/c the complex was so old but the management was right on it and did what they could to fix them. They are now upgrading the apartments and those look very nice. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and it seems they take pride in their complex.Overall, our apartments was safe an fairly quiet. We've made a lot of memories here and would definitely recommend it.
