Apartments have definitely went down hill. I have been almost 2 years and moved into a bigger apartment and it has been problem after problem. I’m so frustrated living here. They will not fix these large cracks in the ceilings and the foundation is falling apart. Weed smell all through the apartments. It’s beginning to be really ghetto here.
Don’t be fooled by management. The new team here does not work hard and is hardly reachable. Rent goes up and down each month and there is a 40$ “convenience” fee to pay rent. There is dog poop everywhere and the dumpsters areas are a mess. The amenities are weak in comparison to other locations. It is a non smoking community but the maintenance workers smoke throughout. The apartments seam to be built using temu materials as everything is always falling apart. Move here at your own risk.
My family and I are currently living here. If you decide to live here please Be CAUTIOUS!!. . I’ve had 3 break in attempts with my car and my husbands car. Residents feel like they can mess with your car. The management before new management which I have videos of. We’ve been harassed by the tow company that’s connected with the apartments. They would only come to my car and my husbands. Why?! I have videos of them sneaking in with their lights off. Please be CAUTIOUS. DO NOT MOVE HERE! This place is the worst! The new management is NEVER around and when you need them to resolve an issue they WON'T! There is dog poop all over the community because they refuse to enforce their own community rules. There are lots of irresponsible dog owners and as a result the management has allowed everything to go to the crapper. My dog and I were attacked by a pitbull as the owner stood there and watched.
