I really enjoy living here. It's quiet, the maintenance team is responsive and cordual. The apartments are well maintained with little issues. They also host occasional community events that even include free food! Not a whole lot of bugs either which is rare around here. I can wholeheartedly recommend living here.
Apartments have definitely went down hill. I have been almost 2 years and moved into a bigger apartment and it has been problem after problem. I’m so frustrated living here. They will not fix these large cracks in the ceilings and the foundation is falling apart. Weed smell all through the apartments. It’s beginning to be really ghetto here.
Don’t be fooled by management. The new team here does not work hard and is hardly reachable. Rent goes up and down each month and there is a 40$ “convenience” fee to pay rent. There is dog poop everywhere and the dumpsters areas are a mess. The amenities are weak in comparison to other locations. It is a non smoking community but the maintenance workers smoke throughout. The apartments seam to be built using temu materials as everything is always falling apart. Move here at your own risk.
