Horrible!!! When it comes to the "inside" of the units...it is absolutely horrible! The apartment units here are very poorly built. There is absolutely no cushion (noise isolation or privacy) between the walls and the flooring. I cannot stress this enough. Even having carpet on the floor does not help the noise because I can still hear you chew your food when you eat. IJS! You can hear absolutely everything that goes on next door. Moved in a little over a week ago & everything has been great so far. Kelsey made the move-in process so simple and easy. She helped me get the apartment that I really wanted.
My family and I relocated to area and visited the James at Canyon Creek apartments. Kelsey was very information, thorough and friendly during our tour. The apartment is very spacious and offer some great amenities. We are considering this property to kickoff making some great memories in Texas.
The apartments at The James are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. They seem to offer a comfortable living environment. Thanks to Kelsey for her helpful and informative guidance during our tour.
Recently moved out of The James following a year of living due to a shift in priorities, and enjoyed my apartment life quite well. Maintenance was always very responsive to requests and the front desk was very helpful. Decent location that puts you right in the heart of DFW. Will say that if you live on the upper floors you do need to be prepared for the daily climbing of the stairs due to the high rise nature of the apartments and no elevator.
