8/30/2025 - Updating my review to 1 star. I would not recommend moving here. I would also disregard these glowing 5 star reviews from people who have just toured an apartment, or just moved in. Listen to the folks who have actually lived here for a while. Pros: - nice walking trails - easy access to the tollway - close to UT Dallas - grocery store within walking distance - maintenance team is good - you can get AT&T fiber internet here - big granite countertop in my unit - nice fridges - nice deep kitchen sinks - my unit has... read more

5-star experience! I loved living at The James at Canyon Creek! The community was more than just a place to stay - it felt like home. The convenience of being close to the leasing office was just the cherry on top. The little things like free coffee and amazing amenities made all the difference.
