Jon, CJ, and Glen have been a phenomenal help with servicing anything that has come up in our apartment. They’ve been attentive, communicative, and clearly explained both the cause and solution to any issue we’ve come across. I can’t rave about them enough!
UPDATE: They sent the charge to collections and I will be proceeding with legal action. Do not rent from this apartment complex they are scammers. Update: NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME REGARDING THIS MATTER DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS TRYING TO RUIN YOUR CREDIT. Visited Cortland Bull City to visit a friend. Maintenance helped while there and did a wonderful job.
We’re currently residents now and love it here. The office and maintenance staff have both been incredible. We’ve had a couple minor issues in our apartment that the maintenance team was able to fix within minutes of putting in a work order. Top notch service in every aspect since we’ve moved here, very friendly folks and has been a pleasure getting to know them.
