It was an amazing 2 years living here! The price is very hard to beat for unit sizes, location, and quality. Parking being free during my time was a major plus. Staff were all incredible, especially the maintenance team who always responded to requests incredibly quickly, even after hours. If you’re looking in downtown Durham, you’re not going to find a building with this good of prices (for the area + quality) and this good of leasing and maintenance staff teams.
Can’t say enough good things about this community! The maintenance supervisor, Glenn, keeps the community looking incredible. I would highly recommended Cortland Bull City if you’re looking for your next home!
Maintenance is amazing! They respond and have solutions same day. AC went out and they called and began work almost immediately. Love living here and plan to resign my lease.
I had a package stolen from the supposedly "secured" shared locker room. When I initially reported this to the front desk, the staff member dismissed my concerns and claimed that the "proof of delivery" photo showed a different locker, not the one in our building. When I asked her to review the security footage, she told me, "Not now." I followed up by emailing management, who redirected me to the community manager. Amazing property that I’ve been truly blessed to call home for 2+ years. Every single member of the Cortland Bull City team goes above and beyond for their tenants and actually treat me more like family vs my rent collection as a mere corporate transaction. I can’t recommend this property and the company that owns it enough!
