I noticed a razor blade on the ground by the sidewalk in front of these apartments and trash.This use to be a nice neighborhood but it's slowly turning trashy since these apartments opened.This is a neighborhood where people walk their dogs.I wish somebody would pick up the razor blade and the trash.

The office does not respond even though they are open. Although, you do not pay your rent by the third— expect multiple texts and emails. I was told I needed to be mindful of their hours and the fact not both managers are in office M-W-F. 4 weeks later, Paige has began ignoring me once advised that she could not continue to gas light me in regard to my concerns. No resolution but if I do not pay rent, they communicate—no problem.

This place has lost its priorities. Neighbors lack boundaries and act entitled. Certain office staff make multiple promises with no intention to follow through. I have had things stolen but of course they will say “should have not left it out”. Mind you, it’s a closed gate community so it is the weird humans of a neighbor stealing.

A lot of people that have lived in the neighborhood for years don't want this apartment complex in the neighborhood.People were forced to get rid of their homes to make room for these apartments.And these apartments are destroying the neighborhood because druggies come out of these apartments and harass people in the neighborhood.They should have built it on the west side of town.Can't even walk to the store anymore without being harassed and feeling unsafe.

Was looking for quiet,friendly and safe apartment, I found that at Courtland Biltmore Place.Jasmine and Shane were very friendly and welcoming!The front office and Austin are quick to respond whenever a problem arises! Property is always kept up, looking clean and invitIng.Great place to live close to park, shopping and numerous resteraunts!
