Neighbors above me make every day and night a living hell. All day and all night stomping, banging and shaking my apartment. I really like it here. Clean, great management, nice gym, nice apartment selection, and pretty smooth leasing and move in process.
I recently had the pleasure. to work with Ms Blakely Charter and what an amazing agent she is! She helped me through any hiccups that I had. She was engaging thoughtful and took the initiative to address any concerns that may have had even before I could even address them myself! If you are considering renting an apartment, you definitely can't go wrong by considering Cortland at the Village; Especially when you're working with people like Ms Charter. Love management but I basically can’t enjoy sitting in my living room because my upstairs neighbors sound like a stampede of animals stomping in the evenings
Update 8/11/25: I HATE IT HERE!!!! I have only lived in this apartment for two months, and I already hate living here. This is my very first EVER place after moving out of my family’s home, and I am now fully convinced I was given an infested apartment from the start. Since moving in, I’ve encountered multiple types of pests — spiders, large roaches, silverfish, flies, brown cockroach nymphs and bunch of unknown name bugs.
