Star rating is based on my tour experience alone. I set up a tour to look at one bedroom units. Booking the tour was pretty easy. Upon arrival I was greeted and given all rental info for available units plus additional fees and the leasing agent I worked with was very nice and professional as she took me to look at a few different units on the property. The additional fees on top of the rent were a bit too high for me and added up to be more than my current rent and fees so I opted not to rent at this property. But based on ... read more
We've lived here for a little over 8 months now and our experience so far has been great! The property and units are well maintained. We are in a first floor unit and pests have never been an issue. The landscaping is always very nice and the leasing office staff are always friendly. We recently had an issue with our A/C unit not cooling properly and the maintenance crew came out and had a brand new unit installed within 5 days of submitting the maintenance request which we were super impressed by.
Ekene helped me move in. It was great experience with her. She’s been super helpful and very patience the wrong process!

I really enjoy living here! The staff at both the resident services office and leasing office are always friendly and helpful. Every interaction has been positive. The maintenance team here is also fantastic! They’re always prompt, professional, and take care of my issues quickly. A big thanks to the whole team for making Cortland at the Village such a great place to live!
