If you're okay with your apartment roof leaking and the management doing next to nothing about it — then this place might just work for you. I reported a roof leak on Saturday. I didn’t expect miracles on a Sunday, but now it's been two full business days with no fix, no attempt at fix, no response to urgent emails, and zero communication, while they sent rent reminders. My post is a praise for maintenance person Gustavo!! I had a floor leak in the evening which was due to a piping issue in the apt unit above me. I called for assistance after normal business hours and Gustavo arrived within 30 min to assist me! He fixed the problem immediately and I thank him tremendously for his good professionalism and work ethic. Without his assistance the water would have migrated into my bedroom overnight. Thank you for your help.
Unprofessional Management and Poor Service I regret choosing this apartment complex due to the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the management. The leasing consultant is extremely rude and unhelpful, showing little to no concern for tenants once the lease is signed. The leasing office is only open three days a week, and when you visit in person to address any issues, you’re often ignored with the excuse that they’re busy giving tours to potential tenants. We endured 12 months of repeated fire alarms—many in the middle of the night—making this place completely unlivable. Management refuses to take responsibility for anything. 1.
