Terrible apartment complex it’s practically a dictatorship at this place I’m NOT renewing
My car broke down in the parking garage so I went to the desk and a gentleman named Cal was more than willing to help me out! If i could leave 6 stars I would shoutout Cal give that man a raise!🤞
Can’t wait for our lease to end. We loved living here at first , but now it’s hell living here. From managers being so rude and the minute they have to do their JOBS that they are getting PAID for they throw a whole fit. I’m sorry you have to do your job? I don’t even want an apology from the apartments complex we just can’t wait for the lease to end. Our car got towed apparently for not following cortland policy. No warning or no message just towed it. We all have bills to pay here. Not time to go out of the city to pick up... read more
Update 10/10 - Do **not** move here. If you are at a cross roads, at the very least, do NOT move near the zen garden. Fun fact - it’s not zen at all :))) Between the thieves at the overall complex (which management is supposedly going to move the delivery area to a secure location, so we’ll see) + inconsiderate and extremely loud neighbors who go unchecked + the untrained dogs who are allowed to bark incessantly for hours on end with nothing being done which reverberates throughout the entire apartment and shared garden spac... read more
I’m very disappointed with the office manager, Amanda. She is extremely rude and doesn’t show any sense of respect or care when speaking with people .you try to talk to her, she just says she has a meeting and doesn’t have time to talk she keeps e interrupt you when you’re talking. As an office manager, your job is to assist residents and answer their questions — not to dismiss them so rudely. I’m truly disappointed that such a person represents this community.
