Joseph and Kyle always go above and beyond, literally work hours anytime- Kyle- to make sure the property and the residents are happy and all questions and concerns are addressed. Joseph is the ideal property manager with an open door policy with grace and solutions. I have lived in different apartments in the area and nothing compares to the treatment and respect I have here.
I am into my second year lease and recently moved into a larger apartment. The community as a whole is like living at a resort with clean grounds, kept facilities, and amazing amenities. The behind the scenes magic is why we get to live in a place like this. Kyle has been more than helpful since the day I moved in. I’ve been living here for 9 months now so I feel like I have enough experience here to leave an unbiased review. Upon move in, my apartment felt very new and clean, but after living in the apartment for only a couple days I’ve noticed small things like the veneer peeling off the cabinets, the closet racks slowly coming out of the walls, the AC not properly reaching all rooms, the flooring starting to bubble and get bumpy. Great community, can recommend wholeheartedly! I’ve lived here for a year, and the apartment is fantastic. The management team led by Joseph is amazing; Taylor and Jazmin are incredibly nice and helpful! The staff is friendly and courteous, and the apartments are very spacious and nice, with great amenities! The few times I’ve had any issues in the apartment were minor, and fixed promptly. This is in a really good location, it’s very safe, and has easy access to Walmart.
"I moved in expecting a seamless experience, but from day one, I encountered major issues. The payment portal was inaccessible for weeks after I moved in, and despite my repeated attempts to resolve it, I was penalized with late fees. The management blamed me for delays caused by their system failure, which was completely unreasonable."
