I have lived here since 2022 and, until this summer, had never made a late rent payment because I have always had AutoPay set up. In June, my AutoPay unexpectedly became inactive for reasons I still don’t understand. The resident portal shows my AutoPay enrollment from 2022 through move-out as inactive, and it won’t allow me to set up a new one. The pool and amenities are all lovely! Joseph was so friendly and helpful when we were moving in. Jonathan does great work and responds quickly to maintenance calls. Overall great team and nice place to live :)
I have lived here since May 2020. The first few years were amazing. Great apartments, helpful and friendly office management, and an amazing Service Manager who kept everything running and looking good. I will not be renewing when my current lease is up. Over the past 1-2 years I have seen this community slowly erode into a former shell of itself. They lost their service manager and have not replaced them.
