Just got all set up for my new place here and I would highly recommend it. The staff is great. Stephanie the leasing agent is amazing. She can help you out at multiple Cortland locations.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Almost every Saturday for a year, the Walmart lot across the street has had hundreds of cars racing, revving their engines, and playing loud music. Sometimes, they race. One jumped the curb taking out the tree. The police have been called multiple times; they sit in their cars and do nothing. Their presence appears to be for show. No barricades to prevent vehicles from entering, no automated speed enforcement cameras, no stationed officers preventing access to these areas. Nothing. If these vehicles aren’t ... read more
This is genuinely one of the best apartment complexes you can find! The units are updated, spacious, and very clean with everything you need. We absolutely loved living here! The amenities are also some of the best you can find. The gym was always clean and had a lot of equipment for an apartment complex. The pool/hot tub are also incredibly nice. Also, the staff at the Cortland are so kind and responsive!! Thank you so much to the whole team. Highly recommend living here! Location is also a plus being close to grocery store... read more

What truly sets this community apart is the on-site team. Joseph in the leasing office makes you feel like part of a family—he genuinely cares and brings a strong sense of community to the building. Kyle, the maintenance tech, is incredible. He knows every resident and their pets by name and is easily one of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met.
