Seems like a nice place to live. My Aunt lives there.
I've only visited 1 friend there. It's not the prettiest mhp, but I don't recall hearing of any troubles out there. Can't be too bad as I've only known of ONE TENANT that sold their trailer & moved. It's out of the way, which is nice being a little more secluded [private].

I visited a friend who made driving that hellish gravel road more than worth it! But I sure hope that thing gets smoothed out.... & SOON! Nearly shook my vehicle to pieces! 🤬
