Final update: After going back and forth with corporate who by the way was much nicer than the manager I spoke to at this property, it was reduced down to only having to pay $126. I requested documentation of when the carpet was last changed due to the manager consistently stating there was an odor and that the two small stains were unable to be cleaned. Corporate stated that the company that does the carpet removal was unable to locate the order for the apartment I stayed in and so that is what got the amount down to $126. ... read more
I started looking for apartments in Phoenix about 3 months ago, and we stumbled across this one driving by. Toia and her team were not only friendly but knowledgeable, too. The apartments are absolutely beautiful on the inside, and I love all the small details most folks don't notice about this place. Nature (birds) are definitely in abundance, but it adds to the resort style property. I would recommend this place.
I don't personally live in the apartments, but I helped a client relocate from another country to this apartment complex. The dedication and professionalism that Toia and her staff provided us is unmatched. They helped with the process and were so mindful of my client's needs. When my client arrived to the the complex, she was so amazed at all the amenities and how beautiful the apartment is. Toia gifted my client a welcome home goodie bag and I just can't rave enough of the service that was provided. Thank you!

Lived here for 2 years and it was the best experience! Prompt responses to maintenance repairs and pretty communicative from beginning to end. Spacious living spaces, loved the connected-to-bedroom bathrooms & how the rooms were on opposite sides of each other for more privacy, amazing views, 2 pools & nice neighbors. Highly recommend!
