We were deeply disappointed in Cortica Concord's services and staff. We had many interactions with staff across various levels (behavior therapists to site managers) and rather than seeing our kids and family as unique individuals we were treated as billable hours. Their program is focused on maximizing insurance reimbursement rather than helping neurodivergent kids and their families. I would avoid them completely.
We had evaluation more than a month ago (04/30) but they still are "preparing" the formal evaluation (which is needed for insurance to start therapies) and further test referrals. If you use their services, be prepared to wait for a long time even after the evaluations.
