Cortica has made our experience really seamless from start to finish. One of the major things we really appreciated, was that they have a whole team dedicated to handling the insurance authorizations for you when you are establishing as a new patient. That was a huge relief to not have to navigate that ourselves. The staff are all friendly, patient, and wonderful with the kids. We’ve been with Cortica since they first opened and we’ve stayed because of the incredible people who work there. Dr. Steve is one of the most caring, compassionate, empathetic, and genuine doctors we’ve ever met. When we started the journey of making sense of how to best support our family’s new autism diagnosis, we were pointed to cortica right away.
