Great doctor, and seemed convenient to have all needed services under one roof. But then I tried to schedule everything... and the main line always needed to give a message to someone for a call back... I left messages several times a month for 6 months before I gave up..
The Doctor and his team are very caring and concerned for my child. They were able to evaluate her conditions and help diagnose and resolve her issues. We had been to many doctors who did not listen to or believe the symptoms she was having. I am very thankful for the help they have given her.
I’m only giving the rating for Dr. Yadava and staff. They are wonderful. Cortica, however is awful. The customer service and draconian rules are terrible. I will never utilize their services, except for seeing Dr. Yadava.
So far it has been a great experience. The doctor and stuff very competent and kind. I also felt heard as I explained my concerns. The doctor is willing and competent in treating my child holistically first before prescribing psychotropics.
Every person we've interacted with is incredibly kind, and they take time to understand our situation and explain the plan.
