Lauren and the staff was so rude and so unethical it's DISGUSTING 🤢 STAY AWAY
If your child has any OT, SLP, neurodivergent therapy needs, find another place. They are very rigid and transactional intake. First impressions indicate they only care about the file versus the patient needs. Then you spend an hour doing an intake form only to be asked "why are you here". Similarly, they have rigid electronic signature forms that they will not discuss or make adjustments. Very informative and helpful, it was my 1st visit and they gave me a lot of information about my child. I highly recommend this place to give your child the best support.
I didn’t know about Cortica before a friend shared her experience and how they helped her son. I got online immediately and had such an easy and smooth experience making an appointment. From the moment I got onto their website until the end of my first telehealth appointment for my son, and the followup information too, the online process and those who I’ve spoken directly to has been a breeze AND so helpful already!
