Where do I begin? Good parts- The OTs were great! In the beginning I was very happy to find a place where all resources were under one umbrella for my child. However, I should of known, due to the previous reviews. The first red flag - the welcome visit was canceled due to miss communication, however the situation became resolved after I called billing and insurance many times to rectify the situation. I am very happy with this medical Center it has impacted my sons life in a good way.
I was very apprehensive about my daughter receiving services in a facility I was not familiar with. To my surprise the office was clean, nice, a child’s dream of a rock climbing wall, assortment of swings for every child to experience, scooters, toys, arts and crafts and an outdoor area. As well as child friendly restroom that is only for the children. Full of wonderful staff who really seem to have a passion in helping the children that come here.
