Tire shredded on I 60 at 750 pm .. called and they stayed 2 hours after close at 8. They got me back on the road!
This was my place to go for patches or tires. They advertise alignments with a banner in their garage so I Went in for an alignment and without notifying me, they took my car in to another shop for it. To top it off, while out, they used my car for their work pickups! Unloading tires from my back seat and unload them on the side of their shop so I wouldn’t see it. Cortez has good service and very good lroces on their tires and rims and je also restores rims they stay open late during the week ask for Llantero Carlos he's the man thay can take care of you for custom wheels.
These people are there are rude and not helpful unless you're driving expensive vehicle they will ignore you and act like you're trash
