The pool here is absolutely horrendous, there was dog feces on the pool ledge. There are no longer any pool chairs or umbrellas to use. I’m not sure who is running this place as of now but they need to do a lot of improvements. Very very sad ☹️
The HOA is by popular vote under new board members and management.New year 2024. Looking forward to many upgrades. Great location and views of the sunset, the pond and a variety of birds. Peaceful and quiet complex. A happy owner here.
