I only put 2 stars bc well🤷🏻♀️Called and was told he would be out that morning or all the way until 3pm the next day. He finally showed up right after lunch the following day but sat in the mower on the trailer on his phone for an hour. Thankfully I wasn’t charged by the hour😂 He finally got to work but I might as well have not called him and done it myself. Mind you, I’ve never mowed a lawn a day in my life. If I were you, I would hire a neighbor you trust or just anyone but Cortez Lawn.
So I called and got a quote from Mr. Cortez. Nice guy and has confidence in his abilities to make a yard look good. Mr. Cortez offered a nice price and I even offered to pay more if he also dug out some weeds and he was fine with it. Scheduled the service 3 times and each time Mr. Cortez was a no show. Being unreliable to show up and causing me to go an extra week dealing with my yard being untouched is the reason I am giving 1 star.
This company is by far the best service I've had in a while, not only are the employees respectful and polite but they don't waste anytime dilly dalling and get the job done promptly. I recommend Cortez Lawn Enforcement to any business or home owner needing affordable lawn care. :)
