I wanted to have some jewelry appraised, but when I called, the person that answered did not speak English at all, nor did they offer to get someone who did. This normally wouldn't bother me as I do speak some Spanish, but I think it is important to have a clear command of language when discussing appraisals. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
