Crappy customer service. Called to find out the status on receiving service . No call back. Called again and lady said she’s call me back. No call back. Employees of Cortez propane keep on exceeding my expectations. I messaged Eddie, an employee at Cortez, because I was getting a hissing sound from our tank. I had no expectation for him to answer after hours and off of company time. I really didn't know what to do and didn't want to make the problem worse. He instructed what to do and it solved the issue.
Friendly staff
If I could give 0 stars, I would worst customer service Ever! People waiting in line for him to get back from an emergency with his boss and and he helps a customer that had just pulled up in front of the store. GO to Bob's Propane on Dyer. Better prices & better customer service!
