When I needed service they came out and helped right away didn't overcharge and we're friendly about it. Now I'm with them and when I need service they come out as as they can when is usually 1 -2 days. Driver's are also very friendly
Not a great place. They never answer their phone and i always end up calling the Headquarters in Roswell. Having a house with a propane tank means planning ahead, but that only helps if the company answers phones, returns calls and delivers as promised. This company's Las Cruces location does none of these.
I'm going to give a 3 and those stars belong to the guys that come fill the tank. I have been calling to get gas for 3 days before the winter weather and it's going straight to a mailbox is full message. I call the corporate office ( who are very helpful btw) and they confirm they are also hearing this from others. They take a look at my account and find I'm being charged tank rental which should not be the case. I'm being charged for possibly neighbors fills and have 6 different names on my account that don't belong there. ... read more
Don't mind Trolls they are everywhere, This is the best location to get your propane needs, great customer service friendly, lovely people. Family owned and operated. I been getting my propane filled with them for 10 years 100 % satisfied customer, Tabitha Grimes.
Pulled up and as I got out of my vehicle a young man came out to fill my propane tank. Overall it was quick and they were efficient.
