Cortez Flooring started out good. Got the laminate flooring in minus the strip to cover up the area where the laminate ends and the old flooring begins. Then, all Hell broke loose. The owner was supposed to redo the shower stall flooring. The grout never set. So he came back and touched each two by two tile square and left a fingerprint on each tile that I can’t remove. Couldn't be happier with the staff, Service, selection. Great to work with. Easy turn around,. Very agreeable to work with my schedule for install. Even brought samples to my house to save a trip into town. Install went well, crew came out, completed the whole job in 2 days. Fixed a few issues in my subfloor at no additional charge. Thanks for a great job guys. Highly recommend.
I only gave them 1 star because I had to to post this review. Cortez flooring is a joke! I don’t recommend them at all! We had terrible customer service never called to let us know when our carpet was in. We had to call them to find out. And we had to continually call to get an appointment set up to install carpet. Then they never showed up at the time they gave us. When we tried calling 15 minutes after they were suppose to be here they screened our phone calls. Best flooring store around. Cant recommend these guys enough. Excellent selection, outstanding service, and a great selection of product.
