I have had nothing but bad with Cortez Drugs thus far. It took weeks for my prescriptions to get over there; Laurie’s calls went unanswered until I finally called my providers. Closed on Saturdays whenever they feel like it (says open & hours show also) & were supposed to send a prescription Friday (yesterday so I wouldn’t run out) & didn’t so now I will run out after tomorrow (Sunday). Great Pharmacy Been there For 20+ Years And They Are Taking Pinebrook Patients.
One are the most helpful friendliest staffed drugstores. I have run across and they answer the phone . more willing to address your questions and concerns . And the best part it seems like the pharmacist is always there not like other locations where they might be there and they might not be I am so pleased with the service I get here the knowledge. You're pulling your hair out trying to get your scripts filled give them a call and watch how smooth it can go
Update here. Here is the deal, Cortez Drugs is accepting Pine Brook Pharmacy customers because they closed. Come here for great customer service and a great staff. Also there is a change and that is the hours are now Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Make a note of that Saturday 9 AM to 12 noon. Not much has changed here at Cortez Drugs. Susan left and we have a new guy named Keith that took her place. Keith is a nice and friendly guy. You will never wait a long time here.
