Had my car for over a month for an oil leak. Finally got it back and it’s still leaking. Took it back and he charged me again to do something else to fix leak. Promised me warranty this time but the car is still leaking oil. Now I’m trying to take car back to use warranty and he’s changed days he’s told me to bring the car 3 times now.
I went through several mechanics trying to get my truck fixed, with poor results. I took it to Cortez and he immediately figured out what was wrong, showed me, quoted a fair price, and did the work! Fixed! Absolutely, the only place I want working on my autos. Great service and great work!
I had my front and rear brakes replaced along with the rotors resurfaced. Great communicator, has a reasonable price, and the work has warranty. To my surprise, he worked around my schedule and did the service on a Sunday. He also followed up with a courteous call the following day. Do not hesitate to give them a call, Cortez Automotive Service did an amazing job.
Excellent service. Really friendly and got the job done quick. I wanted break pads to be put on my rear tires and it only took 20 minutes. Fast and efficient! Highly recommend!
