Recomiendo mucho a Cortez! Tuve un problema: mi camioneta no mantenía el voltaje y se apagaba sin previo aviso. Si apagaba el aire acondicionado, el motor se apagaba. La llevé a un mecánico que me cambió el alternador y no lo solucionó. Revisó los fusibles y tampoco lo solucionó. Hands down one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with a mechanic! I came in to get my brakes changed and was blown away by how smooth and stress-free everything was. The mechanic was super friendly, incredibly professional, and clearly knows his stuff. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure I felt confident about the work being done. I was referred to Cortez Automotive by the dealership I bought my car from. I own a 2019 Nissan Altima and I was having trouble with acceleration. I paid 2 mechanics prior to him to 1. Replaced the mass air flow sensor (but they did not clean the throttle body or reprogram) 2. Mechanic just put it on the computer and told me that it was the mass air flow sensor even though I had already replaced it. Had my car for over a month for an oil leak. Finally got it back and it’s still leaking. Took it back and he charged me again to do something else to fix leak. Promised me warranty this time but the car is still leaking oil. Now I’m trying to take car back to use warranty and he’s changed days he’s told me to bring the car 3 times now.
