Used to think this was a great auto mechanic until I realized they knew things that were wrong with my vehicle and didn’t tell me so I would just keep coming back to have it fixed.
They spent a week with my car and didn't do anything to it and they didn't even come to talk to me, saying they wouldn't do anything to it and it's the car I drive to work and they couldn't check it or repair the car.
My family and I have been going to Cortez Auto for over a decade and even though we've moved 30 minutes from Texas City we still come here for Tony. His efficiency, excellent prices, honesty, and character have kept us coming back. We have also been helped by Cortez Auto Pros at their Dickinson and Alvin locations. 12/10 would recommend
