Had a problem with my AC in my SUV. was told it was the compressor paid almost 2,000, to get it fixed within 3 months it went out. When I took it back they were only worried about me paying more money, not customer service!

Has been working on my vehicles for years and does great work. Got my company truck in today without appointment, held it hostage (for my safety, because it wasn't safe to drive!), spent all day working on it, and got it back to me this evening, because he knows I have to have it for work. That's above and beyond the call of duty; it's amazing how much better the truck drives now!
